Here is a diagram for the early model 350z's...assuming your car is a 2003/2004? Otherwise I have a link below the image which takes you to all of the year/model diagrams.

Bank 2 (P0345 code) means it's the driver's side sensor. I think it's a 10mm bolt that unbolts the sensor..and then it slides out. Getting it unclipped is the hard part. I think the clip pushes "in" towards the sensor...it's very hard to explain. I ended up getting frustrated and I pulled in intake tube off and pulled the wiring/sensor up and out "above" the motor so I could unclip it. It was more work than it should have been just to unclip it. But it is best to approach the whole removal/replacement from the passenger side fender (looking at the back of the motor).

I bought my sensor from a dealership to make sure I was getting the right part.

The clips on my 07 NISMO on that sensor were very easy to remove. Pull the engine cover off and that will make it easier.

You are so spoiled that yours are at the front of your motor........I only wish mine were. When you can't see jack and you're trying to do this on the backside of the motor with little lighting/room...the clips can be frustrating. But once undone, I felt like an idiot on how easy they were to undo.

Well the one I replaced was on the back of the engine near the firewall on the driver side.
