Default Replacing Thermostat

I seem to have lost heat and the car gets up high on H. I can hear my fans running so I know its not that. I had heat the other day now it blows cold. This is a procharged Z. What thermostat do you members suggest?

Is there a how to on replacing the thermostat?

You find a diagram of the motor, find where the thermostat is. Go to autozone and buy a cheap *** thermostat. Replace... They are really really easy, but I suggest having a friend help you (that has done it) if you havent done it before. Its like disk brakes, once you see how silly easy it is, its retarded to pay someone to do it. IMO
