Default Cold start after couple weeks

Well, when it snowed here it kind of came unexpected, so I never had a chance to wash the z before it snowed, but this weekend its supposed to warm up enough that I think it will be an ok day to wash it, fill it up, and then cover it. The dilemma I have is that I'm worried about starting it up, as it has been consistently -30 here. I work at a gas station, so I know the oil thickens up pretty good sitting out there, so my question is will I be safe to plug it in overnight, and then be able to start it, let it warm up a bit, and then go? Or should I put some warm-ish oil in so the cylinders have some fresh oil? Sounds stupid, but rather be safe then sorry. The reason i ask is because I know that the block heater keeps the block warm, but the oil pan is left untouched.

Cliffs:
- Car been sitting in -30 for few weeks
- Taking it out this weekend to wash, fill
- Ok to start it after plugging it in or should I add a little bit of oil before I start it?

Get a dipstick heater to warm the oil up.

Actually, car doesnt have a block heater . That's why i'm just throwing it in the garage, although i'm not sure how much better it will be since its an unheated, detached. It should only be around -3 tomorrow though, so I doubt it will be too cold.

Yea, I just assumed it had one since all my other cars i've owned had, guess not. Plus it was to late to edit as people already were answering.

Aaaaand I live in Canada... should be explanation enough for the weather
