Default ses(P0462) and ALL warning lights on

So after reading, and reading, i have yet to find a conclusion to my problem, so here i go. I have an 05 touring manual with 81,xxx, completely stock, including the bose stereo, . So i am throwing code P0462, a low input for the fuel guage sensor, which works by the way, also the odd part, my tach jumps between numbers, my speedometer doesn't work, my mileage doesnt read, my led mph guage also does not work, and the instrument panel lights flicker also. All the warning lights will turn off randomly, except the vdc and slip and two seconds later everything is back on. I am the third owner so i have no clue if the fuel sensor was replaced from recall. If this is because of one faulty sensor that sense's the fuel gauge, thats pretty fu****.. Also the brake fluid is topped off and just put a new battery in, the brakes are about half way, and the computer has been reset and it the comp wont let me clear the code... HELP LOL

The random flickering on and off sounds like a short-circuit somewhere. I had this happen after getting everything under the hood wet when I hit a really deep puddle. I let it dry off for 2-3 days straight and I was good to go.

the random flickering co-insides with my warning lights being on (only time it does it) so it started up again on the way home, i have a question for people with a stock z, what does your volt meter read inside the car? mine starts off barely above the 14, then slowly drains to just below the 14 after about fifteen mins of driving, is that normal? also if not then the only time i have ever had problems like this is when my alternator in two previous vehicles were about to die, only thing is, they never lasted this long, anybody solve this problem with an alt change?

ok so i start up this morining and this thime the lilghts aren't on at all, but i do notice my vots guage reading 15v, so by the time i get to work and im getting ready to turn my car off my volts guage is reading exactly 12, and once i see that, my warning lights are back on... so since the battery is not originally for this car, it was from another, and i dont know what exactly i need, but isnt a battery mainly used for starting, so as long as the car has plenty of cranking power the rest is the same, meaning 12v is 12v and that it shouldnt hurt the alternator to be charging a battery that probably has less amps than the original, if so, im thinking this has to be a alternator issue, but why did the car start off at fifteen this morning when last night i parked it with less?... guess im gonna be alternator shopping ..... so i checked my codes again cause the ses came back on and now im throwing P0500 a dang speed sensor, ugh....
