Starter black/yellow pos or neg?

Starter black/yellow pos or neg?
By looking at the FSM, I cant determine if the starter solenoid (the black wire with the yellow stripe) trigger is positive or negative.
I turn my key and the starter doesnt do anything, so tryin to troubleshoot.
