Default HELP! wiring harness connected to fusible link

excuse my poor terminology...
The 2 connector harness attached to the bottom of the fusible link on the positive battery terminal is melted through... seems like the fuse should have eliminated the chance of that but it didn't.... anybody know what that harness is???
main harness? sub-harness? its literally connected at 2 plug in points on the bottom side of the fusible link which is on the positive battery terminal, the right side harness (brown) is melted through... toast!

this is the result of the unknown overcharging issue i posted about yesterday.

im broke and scared, i was actually just about to sell this thing.

its about to snow here so i have a few days before i can tow it to the dealer...
trying to figure out what kind of repair costs ill be looking at.

thanks!

HELP! wiring harness connected to fusible link-004awr.jpg

it plugs in to the bottom of this which would be directly bolted on to the positive battery terminal at the left side as pictured... couldnt find a better pick.

no but for real, i would follow that harness wire and visually inspect every freak'n inch of it..........ensure no other section of it is blown, shorting out somewhere...

Ive seen this on 240's and the harness gets melted at other points and you have to replace it..
