last night we changed the serp. belt and the ac belt, went to drive the car today now none of the gauges work. Gas gauge says empty and has the light on but I know the car has a little less than a full tank. The slip light, traction light, and brake light are all on, ac will not work and also the digital gauge wont work. Blinkers and hazards also non responsive. Weve disconected the battery twice now and waited a good ammount of time and checked all the fuses. Any ideas? Help?

 

any chance the alternator didn't get lined up properly with the belt or was unplugged?

 

its possible, I think Im going to take the belts off and re-do them and see if anything changes.
