when i let go off the throttle(i've kept the rpm around 3~4k), i hear clicking and little grinding noise from the right side. it sounds louder when it's in lower gear... It's not too loud but definitely noticeable.
i went to stealer ship for diagnostics, but they said i have to leave the car for whole day.... I wonder if it's clutch? transmission? or something else?

I have the similar problem when I start the car cold. Mine is like a can rattling noise. Only noticeable when accelerating at low gears around 2k-3k. I would also like to know too.

I have the same noise as the OP, again only when off throttle.. usually mine is more noticable around 1500 rpm coasting to a stop, or when off throttle coasting down a hill.. basically whenever I take my foot off the gas and roll but it stops below 1500 rpm and goes away. Sounds like its in the same area the OP mentioned however my car is an automatic.
