Has anyone experienced a fairly loud buzzing sound when turning the engine off? At first I thought it was static from the radio.

Today when I turned the 350z engine off and removed the key I had a electronic sounding buzzing coming from the area of the dirver-side guage cluster or the left dash area. I had to turn the engine on and off three times to get it to stop. Any suggestions?

 

Yes, I've had a screeching (not buzzing) sound and it came out of the ignition area. I had to turn the iginition on and off to get rid of it. There have been similar posts regarding this erratic behavior, but nobody has actually gotten it repaired. The problem is almost impossible to duplicate. yesterday 11/11/03..i heard a weird buzz when i shut the engine..i turned off the lights and radio and heard that slight buzzing..wtf is it?....do we need to adjust the valves or what.
