z has been great but now i noticed a slight whistle sound everytime i pass around 45 mph and up on the highway-never happened before. Any idea?-did a search on whistling but it's all at over 100mph.

One more thing there is a very high pitch in the Z similar to the sound of a computer monitor that is on-i don't mind BUT what's getting annoying is this on and off pshhhhhh sound(like air being released out. it sounds like open your trunk/hatch and the pumps release the air pressure to keep the hatch up?-only a quarter of that sound) during idle or driving conditions. any idea?

did you get an aftermarket intake?
Where is the pssssssss sound coming from? if its from behind, it could be your fuel pump.
If its from the front. Ah that's just the blow off valve from your twin turbos

I went to my dealer cause my car is making the same noise your talking about. The service rep knew what I was talking about when I mentioned it and said it was the weather stripping I believe.

Is the noise coming out of the rear on the passenger side?

 

thx for the info...if you're referring to the windy noise at 45 and up it's coming from the driver's side window or vent. if you're referring to the on and off hisssing sound than it's in the back/passenger/driver?...
