2nd gear grinding and transmission replacement
i've been getting alot of grinding lately from second gear. using the forum search, i see that alot of you are experiencing the same thing ('04, 1900 miles). i'm also seeing many posts of people not happy with their replacement transmissions, and some mentions of a new clevis pin that supposedly fixes the problem. so, here's a couple of questions for you:
1) those of you with transmission replacements, would you say the transmission is 100% now? is it better or worse?
2) anyone had only a clevis pin replacement and had the problem fixed?
3) how long does a transmission replacement usually take?
thanks
