Someone brake checked me, swerved out of the way..
Bumper hit the curb..and here's the damage.
So now I think some parts of the underbody are damaged because of it, because when I turn the wheel a full turn to the left, I can hear the wheel rubbing against something.
Luckily I only have to turn it that far when parking.
I tried to push the underbody plastic back in and it didn't work..anybody have any suggestions?

What caused the person to brake check you? Following too close?

Get a screw driver and a couple other tools, take it apart and see if its a simple fix. Very good chance it is.

Jesus. Guys, I wasn't following him terribly close. At least 2 cars behind. We were both doing ten or so over the limit and he did it.

You need 1 car length for ever 10 MPH you are going so at a MAXIMUM, to be considered safe you had to have been going 20 MPH in a 10 MPH lane.
Which you and I both know isn't true. Stop being a d
ic kwad. That'll take care of your cars.
