why so sluggish?

Default why so sluggish?

so i got back from deployment and i am getting my car ready for my turbo kit to be put in..but i decided drive the car around a few days before i tear her apart. i put on 19" volk gts wheels. installed a 1/2 inch motordyne spacer. step colder ngk IV plugs. catch can. bc coilovers. test pipes and nismo exhaust..car sounds nice. but i little bit more sluggish..any thoughts?? its not bad mabey its in my head

I've heard lots of people say things like this. (Your thread isn't really "off topic" btw). The stock ECU is killing your bolt-ons. If you already have your Haltech that you're going to use with your turbo kit, get a tune now and you'll feel the unlocked potential of your bolt-ons.

Guessing its the bigger wheels, I test drove a stock Z as well as several with aftermarket wheels and there was a big difference in the feeling to me at least.
Also with those bolt ons a tune would make a big difference

Il have to wait till I get everything in to tune. Tuner is 8 hrs away..il prompt have to flat bed my car there

Without before and after dyno you are trying to catch mice in the dark.

Try checking the codes. I didnt have a check engine light but I was throwing a knock sensor code. Changed out the knock sensor harness and sluggishness went away.
