Thought I cleared the curb, didnt. This is the result:

I know almost nothing about cars, less about damage, please give me an idea of what I can expect for this to be fixed?

Its trash, but a heat gun and a little time will make it look better.

heat it up with a heat gun and try to mold it back, do not apply too much heat or it can make it worse. use 3m double sided tape to put it all back together. Good luck.

Looks like you damaged the fender too unless that damage was already there. Look for used stock side skirts. Craigslist and the marketplace are your friends.

As for your fender it looks like a paintless dent removal job would be in order.

The car is insured right? Have it repaired professionally.

I dont have the time or expertise to try and fix this myself. The fender damage was already there from an incident I had in my garage 6 months ago. Anyway, the car is fully insured but will they even cover it? How much would a body shop charge?

If you have full coverage it will be covered. But if you find used skirts and just have to have one painted and installed it may cost you less than your deductible. You might even score skirts in your color and just have to install it.

Yes it should fit with no issue. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

you will pay a deductible, no way around it.

go check prices to see if it's worth letting the insurance know or not.

03 to 08 skirts are the same, but i would look around and just find one with the proper paint on it. Or go aftermarket.

went to two shops, one said that if i bring in the parts (side skirt and mudflap) they would put it on for 80 dollars, (3 hours labor)

another shop said 30 dollars to put it on (30 minutes labor). they said they can try to fix the side skirt, but wanted at least 120 to give it a shot. Now I'm looking online to find a side skirt in silver.

If it were me,and want it done right,I'd find another skirt.Installation should be a minimal cost.I agree, that given the many years that this part is interchangeable, you should be able to find one in your car color(silver-very common).
I see you live in Nashville.I'd give Doug Stewart at Crawford Z car a call.He may have that part available.Or,can find one for you/put it on.He's a great guy.His # is:
615-327-4159/1622 State St.,Nashville.

in my haste, i already bought a skirt on ebay for 150. It is graphite silver, so its a darker shade than mine. I'll take it to the shop and see if they can color match it with my shade of silver.

thanks for the number, Jcity.

So my car is fixed. They charged me 160 bucks to paint and attach the side skirt I bought off Ebay. They also did a PDR on the dent on the fender. In all it cost about 300 and it would have been cheaper if I had bought parts from members on this forum, but I immediately bought the first skirt I saw on ebay. live and learn i suppose.

Thank you all for chiming in and your help. Im taking corners super slow now...
