Default Knocking Noise over Rough Ground

I'm getting a knocking noise from the front of my car when i drive over rough ground. It seams to be coming from the front end and now and again i also get a pinging noise like off of something sprung.

I have have an 07 HR with HKS Hypermax III, hotchkis sways, powergrid endlinks, moonface RCAs, Cusco A Arms.

I have changed the end links back to standard, i've stripped the whole front end down and rebulit, i've adjusted the strut brace (which i think actually made it worse and even putting it back to where it was seems to have left it worse.) Anyone any ideas or even better had the same issue and fixed it.

I'm beginning to loss it as i just can't figure this out.

Maybe you need to tighten your coilovers? My back ones clicked when I went over rough ground. I tightend them and the noise went away. Idk if that helps?

^^ Check the suspension threads, there has been discussion of this before. It's the A-arms hitting the body apparently..

I've had the same A arms on the car for over 3 years without any noise.

Put a short youtube clip up so you can hear the noise:

Just in case anyone is looking at this with the same problem, it was my compression rod bush. Changed them for whitelines ones and noise is gone and the car feels so much tighter up front which is nice.
