Are they on when you first start the car or do they come on when you start moving?

Have you checked brake fluid level, worn pads?

Like it's been said, install new brake pads. The new pads will bring the brake fluid back to the required height inside of the reservoir and turn off the warining lights. If you open and waste a bottle of brake fluid, you'll just have to remove some of its volume from the reservoir when you finally do change your worm pads. No reason to create extra work.
