^ Just as a hint, there's only 1 in the above diagram that matches your description in a Z and it's already been named above.
So, you manually checked each tire to make sure they were at the correct pressure?
FYI, you should be able to see in your little computer (left gauge of the 3 gauges above the cubby) which wheel with the bad TPMS or low tire pressure is tripping the light.
edit - you can see it on the older models, 03-06

Well from that picture its the same exact one as the low tire pressure. BUT it just goes off with out the long "beep" and doesn't blink PSI nor change on the gauge. It just turns on. Get me?

Pretty sure your question has been answered above multiple times already.

That sounds like you don't have the sensors in the car or a sensor is dead. how about some details like, year of car, aftermarket wheels or OEM? If pre-07 model, what displays in the triple-meter for the tire pressures?

Does that TPMS light come on after you've driven say.....30 or so miles and turn off when you shut the car down then come back on when you've driven say a bit over 30 miles again?
Just guessing.

I think you're missing the point. Failing TPMS will cause your symptoms, regardless what your tire pressure says. One of them is failing. When the light comes on check which tire is reporting incorrectly.

You have a sensor with a weak and dying battery. The sensors only turn on when the car speed gets over 20 mph. That starts draining the battery down until the point where it stops transmitting. Once that happens, the CPU loses the signal and the warning light comes on. Initially, you may have to drive around for 30, 45, 60 minutes or more. Eventually the time before it fails will get shorter and shorter, maybe 10-15 minutes. If you park the car for a short time, you can drive it and the light won't come on again until the battery power drops.
Trust me on this one. I just changed a sensor for this very reason. They are designed with a battery life of about 7 years. Your 05 is probably on it 6th or 7th year of use.
BTW - note that nowhere in that explanation did I mention correct tire pressure. It has nothing to do with the problem.
