installed push start in the car and everything worked fine but now i decided to hook up tach wire so it would start by pressing button once instead of holding.

after researching for a while i found out there is no tach wire in z and only way is to use injector wire or coil pack control wire. so i tested with one and it worked but with about second over crank so i decided not to do it for that reason.

after i took it out i go start the car and it started sputtering and sound like a tractor and when i tap gas pedal, idle drops and cel came on. if i unlug that coil pack it gets a bit worse so im not sure if it's a coil issue..

don't have a tool to check codes so i will grab one tomorrow but im more than sure it would be miss fire codes

any experts?

code P0102 but im not sure how this helps me in this situation...

 

more codes came up after resetting p0300 then later p0301

after going through ecu reset process with gas pedal, next day car started and warmed up fine but was shaking a bit and then back to bugging as it was. p0102 is not coming up anymore, so this shaky symptoms possibly because of bad ecu :/

 

Any updates to this! My car has what sounds like the same issue, but started completely randomly one day.

 

Interested in any findings as well. Just posted a similar problem that started randomly for my car as well... 03 touring.
