Default No cabin lights, fuse is good, what might be wrong?

Cabin and visor lights aren't working but trunk lights do, which both run on the same fuse in my 03 350z. Am I wrong or missing something?
Thx

Recently started experiencing the same problem. They were off for about a week before replacing a bad positive battery terminal. While replacing they turned on momentarily, then back off for good again. Bulbs and fuses all check out, so I'm as lost as you OP.

common problems on the z. just remove the neg terminal for a few minutes and it should work again

I had this happen as well. Pretty sure it is BCM related. Removing the negative terminal should do the trick.

I would assume by replacing the interior dimmer switch.

is the dimmer switch the cabin light assembly?

afaik if removing the neg terminal for a few minutes doesnt work then you have to replace the bcm.

If nothing else works, I've heard that replacing the car works too.

/sarcasm

Dimmer mechanism sounds like a likely culprit to troubleshoot next.

I had the same issue. What solved mine was the big fuse under the hood for the BCM. I pilled it out and put it back in and it works fine now. It is the green fuse block on the battery terminal.
