Default bad vibration and noise when warmed up

I am getting bad vibs and noise when I 1st accelerate in all gears- very rough- Its fine untill it warms up- all my mechanic could find was a little play from the bushings on the driveshaft- anyone else having this prob? What should i do?

04 Nismo Track
Haven't that faintest idea where the vibration originates.
Noise: could you possibly be more vague?

Poor description = my answer: Something moving somewhere in your engine/driveline is causing it. Hope that helps
