Oil pan bolts??? (not the drain plug)
Hey guys I've run into an increasingly annoying problem.
Cliffs notes: What size bolts can I use to put on a stock oil pan and what size are the stock oil pickup bolts?
Part numbers are **035AG90A and **1A08201A
The first time I tried to change the oil after putting on my APS oil pan, the drain plug gets stripped and wont come out for the life of me. No problem, I thought. Ill just take the oil pan back off and figure out the drain plug. (re-tap if i have to)
I get all the bolts to the oil pan loose except one...which is stuck so tight that my new needle nose vice grips and a bunch of broken cooling fins wont even get it to budge.
So its sitting at a local shop waiting for my OEM oil pan to come in...without bolts. The dealership wont give me the size of the bolts, just part numbers. And they want over $4 a piece....I need 10. And the other night I realized I would need new oil pickup bolts as well...
Im hoping this is a simple trip to home depot or autozone or something.
Thanks in advance guys.

people will actually go out of their way to NOT be helpful...if you went through the trouble to search, it would have been easier to type the answer to my question.
at least tell me the magic search keywords because im at a loss for anything more direct than "350z oil pan bolt size"

Thanks. That looks like a good site.
I already know the part numbers because i talked to the stealership. what I need is the SIZE and SHAPE and THREAD pitch of the actual bolts...the dealership wont tell me the dimensions of the bolts...only the part number.
Im going off the APS parts list where they show THEIR bolts as 6mmx1.0x25 for the oil pan....I went and picked up some 6mmx1.0x12 which are short but again, I cant seem to find out exactly what size i need....I guessed at 8mmx1.25x25 for the oil pickup.
we'll see if they work...
