Ok so my rear hatch button isn't working at all; when I press the button nothing happens as well as the keyfob (but that already didn't work, I just used the rear button)!

Anyways, I checked the fuse and its fine. I have no idea what else it could really be.

 

maybe you somehow switched the button in the compartment behind the passenger seat? it's in an obscure place though. hard to accidentally hit.

First thing I would do is try to get your keyfob working and use that to open all the doors then try to open the hatch

 

More than likely the actuator has gone bad not the switch.Its a common problem for this solenoid
to go out after time.The part costs about $225.I've replaced 2 since I've had my Z.
Pretty quick install...

 

ugh I hope not I will look at it on Sunday. more than likely i'll not fix it soon tho if its the solenoid, I got better things to do with $225 lol
