My Z is at 125K now so far I've done new plugs, cleaned maf, all new suspension parts. What else can I do to my baby to make her like new again mechanically?

A common sense question would be,how is your car running now?
I mean, have you noted a difference than say when it had 60k on the clock?
Or,maybe you have not had the car that long? When you said, all new suspension
parts doesthat mean,shocks,bushings etc?Everything?
Unfotunately, some things wear out over time that when you drive your car everyday
you don't note the difference unless you drive another car just like yours.
Does your Z use any oil?How is the oil pressure.Charging system?Alternator&battery?
I would imagine by now that your belts have long been replaced.Maybe on your second pair.I drop in some Seafoam in the gas every now&then to keep things cleaned out and remove moisture from the fuel system.Have youflushed your breaking system?Added fresh
fluid?

She runs great but she does burn a quart every 5k or so I run amsoil so I run it 15k between changes but replace the filter every 5k as for suspension yes I lowerd it so new shocks, springs, arms, plus sway bars and endlinks

What year is your Z?How long have you owned it?If not new,how many prior owners?

Amsoil change at 15K.Changing filters at 5K?
Wow,guess I'm old school.My O3 that I've had for 10 years(bought new),
uses no oil between 5-6 k oil changes.I've used a synthetic blend for all
of the 80k thats now on the clock.Oil pressure same as new.Except for my exhaust&intake, its hard to tell if the car is running at idle.Never changed the plugs.

Change the Transmission and Rear Diff Oils - I'm at 99,4xx on my '07 and I just did this, You can feel all the power go to the wheels and she shifts like butter. Better then the first day I had it.

Op--
U should just get the wix or Amsoil filter that they sell so u don't have to swap so much. They are made for longer intervals. Are u runnin the sig series?? They say 25k miles I think. Bust curious I can't let mine go past 6-7k miles before I have to change oil.

change differential fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, radiator fluid, oil/filter, brake fluid, belts, spark plugs, hoses, suspension bushings. Those are a couple of things i can think of off the top of my head.

I wish I burned that much. I go through a quart around every 1000 miles.

^Same here. How the hell are you getting away with 1qt every 5k mi on these engines?

Dont forget your PCV valve and radiator cap! Two very important yet easily overlooked parts.
