Went to valvoline full synthetic.... idk what the last guy ran... I read other threads that changing oil may cause the seals to leak a little bit and burn... so when will my car get used to it and not burn oil? I see no purpose in running conventional

I believe the info in the threads you are referring to is CHANGING to full synthetic when you were unaware what had been used in the car. There is danger of a possibility of problems in the seals etc as the full synthetic is much thinner than conventional. Its possible at 93k miles there was several owners. They may have just taken the car to a oil change place for some
standard 5w30.You may want to change your oil to a 10w30 semi-synthetic and see if there is a change in your oil use.You don't state how long you have owned the car and your oil use is common. There could be some other issues in your engine that are not oil type related.By comparison,my 03 Touring just hit 90k miles. It uses zero oil between 6k+ oil changes.
Try changing your oil.Worth a try...won't hurt.

Wasn't the 05 manual the rev up engine? What's your redline? 7k is rev up. Regardless you are going to need a new engine or keep filling it up with oil.

From what I've been reading, you are more or less "in spec." I have an '03 and I eat 1/4 qt or more per 1000 miles and I just deal with it. I check all my fluids regularly anyway. Unless it gets out of control, I'm just going to live with it.

The only '05 models with the Rev Up were the manual Track and 35th Anniversary cars. One quart in 2100 miles is not really excessive burning. It is much cheaper to add a quart of oil occasionally than to buy a new or rebuilt engine.

Having '05 track ZR and has non Rev Up engine. Might be a market specific. I live in Europe.

Also, 90k miles (140k km) on the clock and it consume 1lit oil on 1k km if driven hard. I can make 1k without little or no oil consumption if engine not rev'd high. I think adding oil cooler and switch to thicker oil should help. Will do that soon.

The non rev-ups burn oil too, especially with synthetic. 1 qt / 2000 miles is no biggie, and I'd leave the synthetic at that rate.

5 in 2 out, I've been running full synthetic for about 70k miles. Do you think it would be bad if I went to regular oil now to see if it doesnt burn as much?
