So I'll update with pics later but I have three suspects.
1. Injector harness was replaced. I found the knock sensor wiring was completely broken/exposed at the pigtail. This explains the fuel cut I think, and possibly even the misfire.
2. I replaced the injectors
3. I removed the entire intake, including the runners to the block, and resealed everything.
4. I got the haltech running (mafs deleted)
Obviously I did 4 things that could each one have been the cause, but it was a teardown in prep for supercharger, no sense doing it any other way.
The car, for now, runs great. Its still on blocks and nothing is for certain yet. I'll update I'm the spring when the car is on the road

Thanks for bumping this so i could update:
Car has been running mint. I'm fairly confident the problem was the injector harness, which is awesome, because Z1 Motorsports carries it for under $70, and it's OEM direct from Nissan.
