Default Oil in injectors connector ?!!!

Was working on my car, Unplugged the injectors harness & found a good bit of what looked like engine oil,

Is that normal & how does oil get in there ?!!!

Sorry for the bump, but I just had oil pour out of my fuel injector plugs as well. Would like to know if this is normal.

Definitely not normal. What injector was it? I'm guessing the one nearest the oil fil cap?

Lots of critical electrical connectors are protected from corrosion etc by dielectric silicone grease or oil. Could that be the case here?
