Default Grind

Anyone have a problem shifting from 2 to 3? I just started experiencing this. I have about 13000 miles. Its a grinding noise. It seems to happen only when I shift at about 4000 rpms.

I'll try to read through the millions of posts on transmission problems.

I basically want to know if this is the beginning of the end of the transmission.

Thanks

I am starting to get a grind between first and second even at low RPM's. The whole transmission seems looser at 14K
