Default repair or replace air hose?

Hey everyone, I'm kinda new to the z world (bought her two months ago). I've been having some warm start up problems, and I saw that cleaning the TB and MAF sensor fixes it. Now, while I was taking off the TB to clean it, I noticed that the hose connected to the underside of the intake is spliced(?). The cut goes from the end to about an inch down the hose. Should I go through the trouble of finding a replacement and replacing it, or just do a quick fix with electric/aluminum tape. Is that hose a big deal? Thank you in advance.

Yea I just went to the dealer, it was a $20 hose .-. Finished installing it, cleaning the TB, and the MAF sensor. Idk exactly what fixed it, but problem has gone away and I super glued/electric taped the crack on the other hose. Keep a spare just in case lol thanks btw
