3 beeps when turn my ignition to the on Position?

Im having a problem with my 06 Z everything i turn on my ignition to on before i start up my car it does 3 quick beeps coming from the horn. This started happening when I installed my new stereo unit. What could be the problem?!

You obviously did something when you installed your stereo, my guess is that you damaged the BCM somehow or you wired something incorrectly
