Default Small white smoke from exhaust

I've been searching for a while, can't seem to find same symptoms.. So I'm asking now..
I have a 2005 350z, had a 04 before, just recently purchased. It has test pipes, exhaust, jwt pop charger, and rps clutch/flywheel.i just replaced spark plugs with ngk iridiums and new serp belt.. I've been doing some highway pulls, and some small drifting in empty parking lots, and just last night it started blowing black smoke followed by a small amount of white just on revs. At idle there isn't any, but once I rev to maybe 3k it shoots smoke..
I guess I just want to know if it is f'd or if its a minor fix.. I don't have low coolant or anything and it doesn't smell sweet.. Just smells like a lot of gas.. Also no foam in oil either..
Anyone else have this issue?

Do you still get black smoke or is it mostly white now?

Diagnosing from a laptop isn't accurate, but it sounds like you need to get it into real mechanic. It sounds like coolant getting into a cylinder causing fuel not to burn completely. Hence, black and white smoke.

Il take it to a dealer ASAP.. Would I still have the same power if that were happening? Still feels just as strong as before..

That's a good sign. I'm new to this line of engines so I do not know its intricacies, yet. I cannot point you in any direction.

Good luck, I hope they figure it out and it's quick and painless for you.

Keep us updated.

+1 to coolant being in the combustion…considering you are getting a little white smoke than you probably have a small leak somewhere and you are at the beginning stages of the problem getting worse and worse. I would guess, sitting on my couch that it's the head gasket that's leaking.

Do you need to take the car in right now, or tomorrow, cancel your plans for the weekend? Probably not, but I would get it in within a week or two and if the white smoke gets worse take it in sooner. I would also reduce or eliminate any drifting and hard pulls as this will age your engine, transmission and driveline prematurely.

The black smoke I think is excessive fuel not being burned in the combustion, especially since you have test pipes, no exhaust is being processed through catalytic converters. I don't think it's oil bc oil is typically blue-ish.

Sigh, out of all the q&a on other thread, this is exactly as my prob. Engine running smooth, no oil leaks, no coolant leaks, oil pressure are fine. Running catless pipe.

Still hoping if someone knows?

Resolution: found out that its due to jammed piston rings (wear and tear). Rebuild my engine and changed to wiseco forged piston instead :P engine did running smooth, but didnt notice there was a massive power loss (as just bought the car when this happened). You can get the mechanis to perform endoscopy test to see the condition of your piston amd rings

power i gained after rebuilding the engine is worth all the hassle.
