Need HELP asap trasmission problems
so I installed a new clutch and when I put everything back and hit the clutch it stayed stuck to the ground after pushing it 1/4 of the way it just snapped down. so I came on here and searched and the most common thing was air in the lines bled the lines still having the same problem so I purchased a new slave cylinder installed it bled the lines again still having the same problem not sure what to do any help would be appreciated
You sure it's bleeding correctly? Once it has pressure building up it will push the pedal back up, the snapping down is normal at this point.
It's possible the master cyl is bad but it sounds like air in the system still to me.

I just went through this with mine after replacing a bad Clutch Master. Put the slave cylinder together. Air is probably in there. I pushed the slave together and then had a friend pump the clutch while i opened and closed the bleeder valve. Every couple of pumps i pushed the slave back together just to make sure it had no remaining air in it.

The bleed port design is crappy, the valve should be facing up. This is the reason you can not get the air out.
Bingo, you have to collapse the slave all the way to get the air out of it. I do it everytime i open the bleed port. PITA, getting both arms in there, one to work the wrench and one to compress the slave.
