BCM I'm guessing. Any heater fuses should be on their own circuit so I'm not getting your "similar to the widow heater fuse blowing out" comment. Was the heated mirror fuse blown or did you replace it just on account of because? A blown fuse is pretty obvious.....
not the bcm, that controls the remote locks, and auto locks. My bcm is bad and I have never had any problems like that
