Default Oil catch can for oil burn?

First of i got a 03 z and i burn about a qt of oil every 1500 miles, i seen this video in youtube that if i install a breathable oil catch can to the engine it will help the oil burning. I install a none breathable catch can and oil start spiting out in the spark plug tube and the crank pulley seal and it start a pssss! Sound every time i pull out the oil dip stick. My first question is what can possibly got mess up with my engine? Do i needGood morning, i just wanna ask if you have any info for my drivers class on monday? to overhaul it? Also if i got a breathable catch can will it really help oil burn? Oh by the way my since i put it back to the original my car works fine again

A quart of oil burned every 1500 miles is not bad at all. Just monitor your oil level and add a quart whenever necessary.
