Horn
My horn went out about two weeks ago. I assumed that it was the relay. I replaced the relay this morning, but the horn still doesn't work. Could there be another problem preventing my horn from working. Inputs please. Thanks

It's pretty easy to bench test the horn with a 12V power source (I use a Power Probe III to test things like these.) You can just disconnect the molex and jump it to your battery terminals (check the polarity of the terminals using the FSM). If that doesn't work, you can check the switch at the relay socket using a multimeter (again, refer to the FSM or the diagram on the relay to determine which terminals are used to power the relay trigger).

Do you have cruise control? If so does it work?
Is your airbag light blinking? If so what pattern?
Does the horn work when you close your car and arm the alarm with the remote?

I am asking all of this because when my horn went, so did my cruise control, and from everything I have gathered its the clock spring. My horn still beeps when I use my remote.

After doing a little experiment, I now realize that the horn work fine when the alarm is triggered, but won't work when I press the symbols on the steering wheel. I did try a few time and pushed the steering wheel really hard and the horn kinda blew on a few tries, but for the most part it will not work from the steering wheel. Could this be a problem within the steering wheel?

Changed Clockspring, however the steering wheel isn't centered. Will I have to go back into the steering wheel to fix it or will a simple wheel alignment fix the problem?

You might want to consider taking it to a shop. They're going to have to re-program the wheel to let the computer know when it's centered - this is tied in to your Vehicle Dynamic Control system.
An alignment will not fix the problem. The problem is with how you re-attached the steering wheel.
Also, did replacing the clock spring solve the horn problem?

Replacing the C.S did solve the horn problem. (My horn, and Hazard lights were not working with the bad C.S, also my airbag lights flashed. All three are now working normal) I sent it back to the shop so that they can rectify the problem with the wheel not being centered and the VDC and SLIP malfunction. Hopefully they get it "spot on" this time. I will update when I pick her up later.
