Default TPMS question

Hey, I have a question regarding the TPMS sensors, I tried searching but I wasn't coming up with any answers.

I previously had a 2006 auto 350z and I would be able to get a readout of the tire pressures of each tire on the gauge that also displays speed. I currently have an 07 manual and I no longer am able to do that. Is there a setting that allows me to do this, or is it just not an option on the 07s or manuals?

Thanks

Feature not in that year, which your owner's manual would have told you. Been discussed here more than a few times, too.

I like having the gauge display the pressure for individual tires. I’m not sure why Nissan removed the feature. Was it a cost saving measure?

Purchased the car used, didn't have an owners manual. I tried searching but I probably worded it poorly.

^^ The search features on most of the internet discussion forums (and not just on my350z.com) are weak.

Your best bet is to keep the search input as brief as possible. For example, had you searched on “TPMS” you would have found the answer to your question. Albeit, you would need to wade through a lot of threads to get the information you are seeking.

I’m not defending the deficiency; I’m only stating that my350z.com is not the problem.

I also like the fact you point out: That the TPMS function is less in later models of the Z.

I have found the best way to search is go to google and type in the keyword then "my350z".

^^ You make a good point and offer good advice. Google does work better than the internal search function in my350z.com.

The only issue using Google to search my350z.com is that you cannot limit the Google search to a specific sub-forum in my350z.com.

Thanks, I actually did use google to search but I guess I didn't go deep enough to find a thread covering this. Thanks for all your responses though, this has really been bugging me
