Default Knock sensor driving me nuts!

okay so i had to get my car smoged but my check engine light was on so i bought a code reader and pulled a camshaft position sensor and knock sensor low input code so i changed the camshaft sensor and that seemed to fix it, my engine light went off along with my slip lights that had been stuck on but the knock sensor wouldnt clear i took it to get smoged any way and it passed but the next day the engine light came back on i noticed a loss in power and when i accelerated it would skip like a misfire it almost sounded like the car was bogging down when i would gas it. so today i changed the knock sensor (boy did that suck) but im still having the same problems. the knock sensor code is still there and now theres a cylinder 4 misfire code and a multiple misfire code! so from what ive researched it could be the harness, but could all this really be happening all because the knock sensor or do i have multiple issues here?

Did you change the sub harness for the knock sensor as well?

Bad knock sensor doesn't cause misfires. Find out why your car is misfiring.

If possible, erase the knock sensor CEL with your code reader. If it returns, it most likely reading accurately and you'll need to determine what's causing the knock. And driving any engine with uncorrected knock (pre-ignition) will spell trouble.

That's odd, I changed my knock sensor and sub harness after getting the P0327 and it hasn't came back. I got a code for my o2 sensors tho now.
