Recently heard a sound from under the car, near the exhaust.

Background of my car, it is an 03 track model with 143000km on it and its bone stock except for a JWT pop charger.

can anyone tell me if its a problem?

Maybe exhaust leak?

 

That would be your fuel pump pushing fuel past the regulator inside the tank. It's recirculating because at idle your engine doesn't use much.
