So as of late my reverse LED lights have been flickering then stay on or they will just not come on at all or they will be normal when putting car in reverse. I tried tapping the lens/bumper and it does nothing so im assuming its the socket or possibly heat causing the bulbs to act weird.

Tonight they didnt come on, then tried again they worked, then the next 3 times i went into reverse they didnt come on, turned car off put in reverse they came on, did it again they didnt come on wtf...

 

Where did you get them?

 

Cheap LED lights won't last. Put a regular bulb back in.

 

There are plenty of quality (and inexpensive) LEDs available. I have them in my F & R signals, F parking lights, front clear reflectors, backup lights, and dome lights. Not a single issue in almost 4 years on my '08 Z.

Same on my wife's '07 Acura TL-S and my '92 Alfa Spider. Cost for the Z was maybe $50 or $60 (been a while so I'm not exactly sure).
