Default Need help diagnosing HR issue

Well, im having an issue with my car already...

Basically my RPMS (needle on the tech) bounce around under all kinds of acceleration. There is a power loss and hesitation on tip in and immediate flooring of the pedal. Its down on power over all...

An example i can give you is lets say you have your car in 2nd gear...going about 40mph, you instantly floor it. Well the needle basically starts bouncing up and down with in about a 1200rpm range and then it finally seems to catch and it starts accelerating. The needle doesnt rise nice and smooth anymore either. It shakes its way up...

IDK....anyone heard of this before? Ive read, spark plugs, coils, transmission sensors, bad throttle bodies, .....No CEL.....

any help would be appreciated!

I recently made a video about this. Not sure if it's the same problem. My car has 23k on it when I last brought it in for warranty. I did notice if I floor it in third sometimes, the clutch feels like it's slipping, but will grab. Almost like it hesitates for some reason.

Vid not working for me.

Forget about looking at the tach. If the engine revs are increasing, but the car isn't accelerating evenly, the clutch is slipping. Issue will be worse as you use higher gears, drive up a hill, etc. I can't tell from your description if that's what's really happening, though.

Sounds like the symptoms of a slipping clutch, except for the idle part, take her to the shop if you cant diagnose it.
