Inspect the bushings in your front suspension. The lower control arm bushings and the compression rod bushings may have worn out. They would make a creaking sound as you turn the wheel or drive slowly over an uneven surface.

This, and if you can get to a lift or jack up your car, wiggle the tires north and south by hand to see if there is a lot of play as well.

I'll inspect them asap, cuz that's what it does. My driveways is uneven and every morning I turn right to go to work and it creaks as I pull out. Thank you for the tips guys! I really appreciate it
