I noticed one day that my horn was really weak when pressing on it. It was fully functional before when I locked the car and pressed the steering wheel but one day it just went half dead, literally. It sounds like only a fraction of the honk is coming out of the horn. It's not extremely silent, but it's not as loud as it previously was. What could this be?

Nothing happens at all. When I press the buttons nothing happens. Not turn signals or anything. And the horn works like it should. It doesn't sound dead or anything
