Default Most of my fuses (more than half) are not working and other problems! HLP!!

So I have an 05 350z. The Slip light, VDC, and Brake Light is on. The car has no brakes on the front at the moment, so pretty sure that's what the brake light is for. Not really the main point but, like half my fuses are not working (checked using a circuit tester). Everything works on the car, except that there is VERY weak throttle response in park (Usually barley goes up to 2500rpm), and no throttle response in D or R and M. I think there is something that has to do with half my fuses not working (not just one fuse box, but the other one inside near the brake pedal too). I have also checked some of them manually (looking if the wire inside the fuse and popped) but the ones I checked seem good. A lot of the ones not working are fuses (15) which mostly have to do with the engine from when I looked at the fuse cover. The car had a previous problem when you connect the battery, both aftermarket and stock alarms go off, but I have fixed that problem. Also the previous owner has had the ecu reflashed for bigger injectors, but he decided not to put those in. I checked for codes, but got nothing. Although I did get some blinking lights on the I/M monitor status. The lights that are solid are (MIS, FUE, and CCM). The blinking lights are the (EVA, 02S, CAT, and HTR)The car does have straight pipes and an aftermarket exhaust. I really need help here, I am lost and not sure what I should do next? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!

You're not going to like hearing this, but you need to find a Nissan specialist in your area who is familiar with troubleshooting electric issues. It's impossible to offer much constructive advice on an internet board when the problems are THIS bad. Be prepared to pay for a thorough assessment and repair to get this done right.

If it has to do with the ecu, I will have it sent to a dealer, but is there anything I could do to fix some of the issues? Really trying to avoid taking it down to the stealership.

Look, your car is in limp mode, and you have multiple electrical issues that are blowing fuses all over the Z. Fixing "some of the issues" would only be a band aide (when your car is bleeding to death). You have no other choice than to take it to a factory-trained technician. Depending on where you live, there may be alternatives to going to a dealership, like a marque specialist shop that specializes in Nissans and has a lower shop rate.
