Z won't start after heavy rain.
OK. Few days ago I cleaned little grounding wire under intake pipe, remove the paint under it and put it back. Finally its begin to start well. I didn't want to write it here, because I wanted to make sure its will be OK and problem really fixed. But yesterday, ocean level raised and all my street was flooded, so car was in the water slightly lower then doors. Today same sh**. Here is the video, may be its will help. I'll go to check main grounding as Vigman recommends and we will see what gonna happen. I also suspect a throatlle body, because I cleaned it right before this troubles began. I also here the pufs from intake when I'm trying to start. Its one *PuF* sound, short, about 110dB.

Ok another possibilities are:
a) Just a weak *** battery ( cranking speeds have to be ~ 300 rpm ) .. HAve some look at your headlights as you crank if they DIM BAD... The battery might not be able to deliver current as needed.. hook the volt meter across the battery and measure voltage as you are cranking.
b) Fuel pressure system..Try the following turn the key to ON count to 5, turn key off.. repeat THEN start, you MIGHT have a leaking injector so when the car TRIES to start the 1 st time there isn't enough pressure in the fuel rail...
Based on the video the car SEEMS ( by audio cue ) to crank semi slow...

Where are you in Miami? If you're near south beach, swing by the Firestone there and let me take a look at it quickly.
You said you had a grounding kit, did you run a wire directly from the engine to the battery? A good size wire from the engine block to the negative terminal will rule out most grounding issues.
