So I think this noise started after I barely hit a curb going 7 mph, abd since then the wheel has been replaced so it's not the problem.

Pretty much whenever im on the interstate going like 70mph and start to veer left turning the steering like 15-20 degrees there's a very low, quiet humming sound that sorta oscillates with the wheel. Increasing speed increases the tempo of the oscillation too, so if I'm going 90mph around a left turn my car starts to sound like an crappy dubstep bass noise like wowowowow lol.. I couldn't hear the noise after I tried recording it so just use you're imagination

Very deep humming, moaning hub bearing like noise but only at high speeds when veering left. Told that to the dealership and they couldn't figure it out and said everything looks good, but the dude suggested it may be the ball joints or bearings.

Anyone have any experience with this?

 

Wait until after Thanksgiving and see what happens.

If you hit a curb hard enough to have to replace a wheel, it's likely you also damaged the wheel bearing. Was it on the right side? Did you check the wheel bearing for damage? If not, jack the car up on that side and check for any axial runout with your hands. Any damage should be apparent.

Good lord, take the car to a mechanic. A real one.

 

7 mph is a major collision with a curb dude! Probably at least a wheel bearing and if the bearing noise comes back shortly after replacement then you got some front suspension damage and should probably go to a bodyshop.


Also, if this noise is as prominent as you say the dealership would not blow that off. Are you sure it was a Nissan dealer?


And where are there 90mph turns I can take I'd like to give that a try?
