Default Accident with a deer

Just wondering if I would be better off making a claim with my insurance company or fixing myself last night I hat a deer in my beloved 04 350Z so far this morning I have found a dented hood scratched bumper dented fender broken headlight broken radiator broken radiator mount

I'd go insurance, I think that's no fault comprehensive and shouldn't effect your rates...but you might need evidence that it was a deer.

Okay thanks buddy and the officer that responded did note there was deer hair on the vehicle at time of incident

Good call- there's sure to be way more damage than what you listed to repair. That's why having full comp and collision is the way to go with insurance.

yeah, but you should see the deer!!

you got pictures?

I'd too go with insurance - too big of a pain in the a$$, $h!t happens, and that's what insurance is for!

When I saw this thread was about hitting a deer, the first thought that crossed my mind was that the OP lives in Virginia. Deer are like squirrels over there.

i bet he is hot..... the deer that is, in a crock pot with beans and tomatoes... venison chili, sounds damn good now
