Mine ended up being the wiring harness into my cold air intake. There was about 1-2mm of exposed wiring. Electricity would arc to the hood and/or sway bar and short the fuses (ECU fuse, and sometimes headlight fuses for some reason). Check that first. It is a wiring issue/shorting issue. Check ALL FUSES in the engine bay by the battery. I electrical taped it until the part i ordered from ebay arrived. After soldering it in, I have had no issues.
