Default Did I actually just fry every single possible sensor?

So today it rained pretty hard. Hard enough to flood some streets. Well, it was night and I did not see a big ol' puddle. Hit it hard, almost died from losing control, but that was fine didn't hit anything, made it out okay and just now my radio starts to whine and it gets higher in pitch as my RPM's rise. I didn't make a big deal of it and I kept goin. Next time I turn the car on i get the ABS, BRAKE, VDCOFF, and SLIP light. I look it up, main culprit could be low brake fluid so I take my butt to walmart buy some brake fluid, and top it off. I go to turn it on to find out that my tach stopped working, my both my digital and non digital speedo don't work, my oil temp gauge stopped working, my oil pressure gauge stopped working, and my radio just refuses to turn on.

The car still runs and drives fine. I mat add I did some donuts a couple hours before the dreaded puddle, but nothing occurred until after the puddle.

Any thoughts?

Also, is it okay to drive like this until I can get it squared away?

I checked the battery last night and undid the negative terminal for 30 minutes and then redid it to maybe reset it but nothing. I guess i’ll stop by autozone later and get them both checked

Is the under engine cover on or did it get entirely flooded?

It sounds like maybe your IPDM got wet. Check it. Remove the black plastic front cover and examine closely for moisture.. It's the vertical fuse/reley panel behind the battery.

The under engine tray is on and the puddle wasn’t deep enough to get into the doors or anything, i just went over it fast enough to splash pretty high. I’ll check that fuse box. What do i do if i see moisture?

Everything looked fine. I turned the car on and no lights popped up, speedo tach and everything work once again. Just the headunit doesn’t turn on now.

Maybe because the IPDM is starting to dry out.
