Hi all,
Just bought the car, drove it home (top worked) the next day my wife took it with her friend.
She put the top down, this was her second time doing this, I was not there.... It went down, then she got cold later and put it up NP.
Sun came out and this was the sequence:

1. Select Top Door on Panel Switch - worked dash lit up with icon
2. Windows came down - worked
3. Seat moved forward - did not work just a click in both doors can be heard
4. Nothing ...........................

I noticed the back function buttons behind the seat not working (they worked the day before), the trunk latch hand button does not work (it worked the day before).....
I checked the fuses seem okay, never checked with meter?

I am sooo new to this car, read alot of motor failures, you guys are the experts - look forward to your insight and thoughts if you can help me?

Try some of their solutions and see if any of them work. Good luck!

EDIT - Re-read your post... you didn't mention this, but I'm hoping you remembered to manually unlatch the handle to release the top next to the interior lights.

 

Yep its open
I checked the fuses
The sequence failed
Door windows open, seat does not move forward - this is where it breaks.
The top does not move - just a clicking sound from both doors?

Any ideas ..... is it a switch in the seat?

Has anyone come across this before?
