Default Distributor

I have a 2003 Nissan 350z and recently replaced my cameshaft sensors because the car would struggle to start up but now with those replaced the car will only start up perfect if the engine is at a low temp. I got it scanned and it says itís the distributor but I cannot find any videos relating to how to replace it can some one confirm that this car has one and where it is located?

I have to know this.... what exactly was the DTC that said it was "the distributor"?

I mean, you are aware that there is NO distributor, yes?

Hey, I'm pretty sure this is lost in translation.
Can you post the error code here?
