350z windows not working right
So I have a problem with my windows, its a 2004 base model and the drivers side window wont go up all the way without me pulling on it and somewhat gets caught on the plastics and doesn't seal completely with the rear rubber trim. The passenger side doesn't atomatically go up when I open the door and close it and reprogramming it has done nothing so far. It goes down and not up and when it goes all the way down in the door, wont come back up at all without me pulling it up myself. Ive taken both doors off and cleaned the motors and made sure all the rubber was in the correct places but still nothing has worked.

I agree with KornerCarver. If you have done all you say:...
"The passenger side doesn't [ sic: automatically] go up when I open the door and close it and reprogramming it has done nothing so far. It goes down and not up and when it goes all the way down in the door, wont come back up at all without me pulling it up myself. Ive taken both doors off and cleaned the motors and made sure all the rubber was in the correct places but still nothing has worked."
… There is nothing else to do other than a complete replacement.
Purchase new motors and install these in your car.

sounds like motors are starting to fail. if window is stuck down, close door (with a little more force than usual) and hit up switch at same time, it should get it moving upward and is better than trying to get a hold of it with your hands. Pending you haven't been in an accident that involved your door and the handler getting bent, then new motors should get you back on track. The auto adjust feature when opening and closing the door is usually the first thing that stops working.
